Power Requirements for Convection OvenRequires a 120V outlet and draws 6-8 amps. Please understand these electrical requirements when considering where the oven will be placed during the event.

Delivery and Pickup ChargesDaily delivery and pickup charges include servicing the Greater Northwest Arkansas Area along with gas connections. If outside the greater Northwest Arkansas area, please contact us regarding delivery fees. Propane tanks are available with rentals. Due to liabilities assumed with the hookup and disconnect of flammable fuels, we do no allow client supplied fuels. Tier 1 -- 0-15 Miles -- $75 Tier 2 -- 15-24 Miles -- $100 Tier 3 -- 25-35 Miles -- $125 Tier 4 -- Over 35 Miles -- $5/Mile You can estimate that delivery charge by using Google Maps using our home base to estimate your mileage. We use the shortest route when estimating. Our home base is: 3909 W Ajax Ave, Rogers, AR 72758 Just enter your location for a mile estimate and multiply by $5. Please note: If your event requires two trucks, it will be double the costs, plus truck rental. We are currently a one truck company. This Delivery estimate does not include any hotel, if so required.

Testing and Firing Propane Powered EquipmentEquipment rented with propane will be fired off and tested at the time of drop off. Due to liabilities assumed with the hookup and disconnection of flammable fuels, we do not allow client supplied fuels.

Equipment InstructionsWe have prepared instructions for each piece of equipment. Please ready these instructions carefully and abide by any suggestions and rules.

Cooking Oils and FryersOil is not provided and must be removed before pick-up or return of equipment. A fee of $200.00 will be charged per fryer if we are responsible for removal of oil. Customers can pre-arrange for us to dispose of the oil for $100 per fryer.

Propane TanksPropane tanks are all supplied with a 12’ hose. Per LOCAL/STATE/NATIONAL FIRE CODE, all propane tanks must be at least 10’ from the cooking/burner device. Our setup crew will drop the tanks at the required distance and they will anchor. PLEASE DO NOT MOVE FROM THE DROP LOCATION.

Cancellation PolicyAll cancellations must be made 48 hours prior to delivery. If made within the 48 hours, customer will still be responsible for 50% of invoice.
